At Willowdale Veterinary Center, our staff is dedicated to meeting or exceeding your expectations. Upon your arrival, you will be immediately greeted by one or more of these cheerful, smiling faces. Some of you many have seen for years, as well as a new one or two. Feel free to stop in. We'd love to meet you! Be sure to ask for the #1 greeter CAFÉ when you come in. She would be happy to share all of her toys, hoping that you will give her a treat in return.

Our receptionists do their best to accommodate everyone in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. They will make any clerical changes that are needed to update your records and advice doctors and staff that you have arrived for your appointment. They are the knowledgeable understanding individuals who answer your phone calls and relay your messages.

Our doctors depend on and have the highest confidence in our capable, experienced animal care technicians. These compassionate staff members are dedicated to providing you and your pet with a caring environment while professionally handling your pet to ensure the highest degree of patient comfort and safety for all. This enables the doctors to perform a thorough diagnostic physical examination or to provide appropriate treatment for your pets' good health.

Our kennel master keeps our kennel as well as all other portions of our facility and grounds in tip-top shape. She also works to be sure our furry friends are clean, happy, and as comfortable as possible during their stay at Willowdale Veterinary Center.
