We are located on the east side of US Highway 17, 0.8 miles north of the intersection County Road 200 and Hwy 17, 0.4 miles south of the intersection of Raggedy Point and Hwy 17.

Monday-Friday 7:15am - 6:45pm
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
Our office hours are by appointment

We see patients by scheduled appointments during regular office hours listed above. Emergencies during our regular office hours are given top priority. If possible, phone ahead so we will be prepared to deal with your emergency situation immediately upon arrival at Willowdale. We recommend that patient emergencies requiring immediate veterinary care at times other than our regular hours be taken to Clay-Duval Pet Emergency Clinic 904-264-8281 in Orange Park or Animal ER 904-642-4357 in Southside-Jacksonville.

FEES

We work hard to ensure that our fees are fair and reasonable. Our clients are encouraged to ask any questions they may have about the veterinary procedures or express any concerns they have about fees before the services are provided. Written estimates are gladly provided before treatment is administrated upon request.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Personal checks require proper identification of the signer. Payment is due at the time of service.
